Parking Lot Safety Reminder
Dear PHES Families,
We want to remind everyone of a few important procedures to help keep our 1280 students safe and our drop-off/pick-up process running smoothly:
Campus Gates – Once the gates are closed in the morning, we kindly ask that parents exit campus promptly. Lingering near the gates can be challenging for students who experience separation anxiety. Thank you for helping us create a calm start to the day.
West Parking Lot (Mountain Vista Rd) – Parents entering the lot must not block the bicycle lane or create a two-lane queue before entering. The Surprise Police Department will be monitoring traffic in this area. They will begin by issuing warnings over the next few days and will transition to citations starting next week for those who do not comply.
Radiant Church Option – Please remember that Radiant Church remains an alternative drop-off and pick-up location. They have asked that we not create a drive line, it should be for those choosing to park. If you use this option, we ask that you do so respectfully and courteously to maintain our positive relationship.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our students safe and ensuring our traffic flow remains smooth. Thank you for modeling responsibility and courtesy for our children.
