Volunteer Requirements
For safety reasons, all parents/guardians who wish to be an approved volunteer (On Campus events, Chaperone for Field Trip, In class volunteering, etc.) working consistently with or around students must now have a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card provided by the Department of Public Safety and a completed Paradise Schools Parent Volunteer Application.
If you already have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance card,or, once you get the card in the mail, you must upload a copy of it to the Paradise Schools Parent Volunteer Application. The Level One Fingerprint Clearance card is valid for 5 years so this is not something you have to do each year.
*Please note, if in the past you had received a Fingerprint at PHES and had been paying the $5 to renew each year, that is no longer an acceptable form of clearance. Please follow the links above to get the Level One Fingerprint Clearance card and complete the application.
