Dear PHES Families,
We’re excited to invite you to the PHES 2025–26 Fun Run, proudly presented by the PHES PEP Booster!
This exciting event is all about character development, school spirit, and FUN—and we’d love for you to come cheer on your student/s as they run alongside their classmates and show their Cubs pride!
📅 Run Schedule:
Grade-level and teacher-specific run times are listed below.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your child’s scheduled run time.
🚪 Entry Instructions:
Please enter through the west side D gate.
To help us manage a smooth and secure event, gates will open once the previous run has ended and spectators have exited.
⏱️ Run Duration:
Each grade’s run will last approximately 45 minutes.
💧 Be Prepared:
Bring water for yourself, as it may be warm outside.
🚻 Restrooms will be available in the D Building, located near the event area.
🪑 Feel free to bring a chair if you’d like to sit during the event.
📸 Photo Reminder:
Feel free to take photos of your child, but please remember to avoid taking pictures of other students.
🎉 After the Run:
Because school is still in session for other students, and to maintain campus safety, we kindly ask that all families exit promptly through the same west side gate they entered through.
