Parking Lot Safety Reminder
Dear PHES Families,
We want to remind everyone of a few key procedures that help keep our 1,280 students safe and ensure an efficient drop-off and pick-up process. As parents and guardians, you model the behaviors your children follow—your actions demonstrate responsibility and safety. Thank you for partnering with us to keep all students protected.
Drop-Off Lanes –Please use only the designated drop-off lanes for student drop-off. The center lane must remain clear for drive-through traffic only. If you need to assist your child, kindly park your vehicle. For those walking, always use the crosswalks or sidewalks to ensure everyone’s safety.
West Parking Lot (Mountain Vista Rd) – Parents entering the lot must not block the bicycle lane or create a two-lane queue before entering.
Radiant Church Option – Radiant Church remains an alternative drop-off and pick-up location. They have asked that we not create a drive line; this area is for those choosing to park and walk. If you use this option, please do so respectfully and courteously to maintain our positive relationship. Please do not remove their cones and be sure to enter and exit according to their posted signs.
The City of Surprise Police Department will be monitoring Paradise Way and Mountain Vista to ensure that students are not being dropped off in the street.
