Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are so excited to welcome you to PHES campus on October 29th for our Annual Fun Run, brought to you by our amazing PHES PEP Booster! We can’t wait to have you here to cheer on your Cubs as they run, have fun, and show their school spirit!
Below you will find the Fun Run schedule for each grade level so you can plan accordingly.
8:00am- 9:00am- 4th Grade (new course, classes will be broken up into 2 groups each getting 30 minutes)
9:20am- 10:20am- 5th Grade (new course, classes will be broken up into 2 groups each getting 30 minutes)
11:00am- 11:45am- 1st Grade (Blue track) AND 3rd Grade (Red track)
12:00pm- 12:45pm- Kinder (Blue track) AND 2nd Grade (Red track)
Important Visitor Information

Entrance & Exit: Gate D, located on the west side of the school, will open approximately 10–15 minutes before each scheduled run.

No Front Office Check-In: For this event, parents and guardians do not need to check in at the front office. Due to the large number of families we are expecting, visitors may enter directly through Gate D.

Cheering: All parents and guardians are welcome to come cheer on their Cubs!

Shade: Shade on campus is limited, so we encourage you to bring an umbrella, chair, and water to stay comfortable.

Restrooms: Visitor restrooms will be available in the D Building.

Parking: Our school parking lot will be very full due to the event. If feasible, we encourage you to consider parking at Radiant Church and walking over to campus.
