This is a friendly reminder to update your student's information throughout the school year if there have been any changes to addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, custody information, etc.
To update your student's information, please print and complete the "Student Information Update Form" attached to this email. Additional forms are located in the front office lobby.
The completed form must be submitted directly to Ms. Synthia in the front office by a parent or guardian. Please do not send them in with your student.
